Timothy Burgin is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and the founder and executive director of YogaBasics.com. Timothy draws upon his 18 years experience in the practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation to guide his students deep into the experience of yoga. By skillfully bringing mindfulness of the body and breath into the postures, Timothy’s clear precise instruction creates a deep sense of absorption and inner peace.  And through the weaving in of yogic philosophy, playfulness and esoteric practices, Timothy’s classes are entrancing, engaging and fun.
